Umbria Lovers is a new blog by Italian couple, Federica and Gabriele. Written in both English and Italian (so here’s an opportunity for you to brush up on your Italian), Federica and Gabriele are enthusiastic about everything Umbrian, highlighting places that tourists might not usually visit, discussing Umbrian customs and culture, food and drink, events and more. They are well qualified to do so. Both are from Umbria – Gabriele is a freelance event planner and communicator, while Federica has a background in communications and travel. Gabriele works with Eurochocolate, which organises the chocolate festival every October in Perugia, so hopefully later this year we can look forward to hearing an insider’s view on the event.
Federica and Gabriele’s enthusiasm is infectious and it is a pleasure to welcome them to the blogosphere. I hope they will be around for a long time to come.
